The introduction follows several years of strategic investments in R&D and complementary acquisitions, resulting in a suite of integrated products that deliver a comprehensive platform designed to connect clinical capabilities and optimize workflows around every step in the patient’s journey. The new solution is being unveiled at the 2019 Radiological Society of North America (RSNA) Annual Meeting.

At RSNA 2019, #philips is highlighting its patient-centered approach to a precision diagnosis and treatment selection. By demonstrating advanced clinical and operational capabilities, embedded with AI and analytics, #philips simplifies and enhances workflows across the entire enterprise imaging network, including image acquisition, viewing and data interpretation, and diagnostic patient management workflows. 

Further demonstrating the company’s focus on patient-centered care, #philips is investing in industry-wide standardization and interoperability programs. The company recently became one of the first major health technology companies to be certified to provide strategic assessment and guidance using the HIMSS Analytics Digital Imaging Adoption Model (DIAM). It has also adopted the Sequoia Project’s CareQuality initiative, which seeks to advance platforms for technology interoperability.
