Geneva Motor Show returns with all new concept

The Geneva International Motor Show (GIMS) 2024 will kick-off with an all-new approach to the auto salon when it gets underway on Monday February 26 in Palexpo, Geneva.
Opening its doors for the first time since 2019 and celebrating its 100th edition, the show will welcome manufacturers and visitors in a slightly different layout and what is to be more attractive to the public.
While hosting world renowned brands and their Premieres, among which are Renault, Dacia, MG, BYD, Isuzu and Lucid, GIMS’s new format brings bespoke immersive experiences developed in conjunction with the brands to decode the show theme of Auto.Future.Now, which is represented in four thematic areas: Adrenaline Zone, Design District, Mobility Lab and Next World.
The opening day of the show, traditionally reserved for the media, will also reveal the Car of the Year 2024. Among the 7 finalists this year are the BYD, the first Chinese car to enter the list of finalists, the Kia EV9, the Renault Scenic, the Volvo EX30, the BMW 5 Series, the Peugeot 3008 and the Toyota C-HR full hybrid and petrol plug-in.
The show will open to the public on Wednesday February 28 and will conclude on Sunday March 3.

A2P Media will be distributing free of rights images throughout the 7 days of the show.
