Desire to get back on track and help others: the Evan Bros. WorldSSP Yamaha Team on stage at Misano, with a thought for "its" Ravenna
Air of home for the Evan Bros. #worldssp Yamaha Team, which will take to the track this weekend at the Misano circuit, for the fifth round of the 2023 Supersport World Championship. A round where they can aspire to top positions.
Back from a growing start to the season, where he was able to learn the secrets of the bike and the category, #andreamantovani arrives at Misano eager to continue improving his results, at a track where the experience gained in the past will certainly prove useful.
The Misano weekend will open as usual on Friday, with the first two free practice sessions. On Saturday it will be time for Superpole and Race 1, which will start at 15.15, while on Sunday Race 2 (12.30) will complete the weekend's program.
The Misano round will also be an opportunity for the Evan Bros. #worldssp Yamaha Team to restart after the recent flooding in Ravenna (the city that hosts the team's headquarters) and much of Emilia - Romagna. Despite the damage, the Evan Bros. #worldssp Yamaha Team is ready to get back on track and eager to help its fellow citizens of Ravenna.
In fact, the Evan Bros. #worldssp Yamaha Team has decided to contribute to the fundraiser organized by the “Ravenna Galla Placidia” association, set up - in collaboration with Caritas Ravenna, BCC (Cooperative Credit Bank), Il Resto del Carlino and some local companies - with the aim of helping the citizens of Ravenna and the surrounding area worst hit by the flood.

Andrea Mantovani: "I am very motivated ahead of my first home race. I know the track well, and I think this will help me find the perfect setup right away, with which I can do well both in Superpole and in the two races. After the break I really want to get back on the bike, and doing it at Misano will be special".
Fabio Evangelista (Team Principal): "Misano is home, and I think it is the right stage where we can show our potential. The goal is to fight for the top ten, so we will do our best to put Andrea in the best condition. We arrive at this round after difficult days, for us but above all for many of our fellow citizens of Ravenna and Romagna, for whom we have decided to take action, since the strength of Emilia - Romagna has always been and will continue to be the unity".
