Marina di Carrara, July 15th 2021. The Italian Sea Group S.p.A. (“TISG” or the “Company”), global operator in the luxury yachting sector, announces that, after having mandated the company Deloitte (“Deloitte”) to carry out an in- depth analysis on the documents provided by the insolvency administrator Mr. Franco Della Santa for the sale of #perininavi assets, the findings have highlighted certain valuation elements indicating that it is not advisable for the Company to participate in the auction on July 30th, 2021.
TISG confirms its interest in #perininavi only at sustainable values with a view to creating value for the Company and its shareholders.
The Company pursues its development plans and will evaluate further possible growth opportunities, as stated during the listing process.
