Starbucks announces reimagined mental health care for U.S. partners

Today, #starbucks announced a new mental health benefit for U.S. partners (employees) in partnership with Lyra Health as the latest development in its comprehensive mental health initiative announced in September.

Beginning April 6, partners will have access to 20 free sessions with Lyra therapists and coaches for themselves and eligible family members, all at no cost.

This new benefit will connect more #starbucks partners to effective, high quality care that is more accessible, robust and tailored to partners specific needs than ever before.

Starbucks commitment to supporting partners mental health furthers the company’s legacy in providing industry-leading benefits for more than 400,000 partners who wear the green apron.
