Fornasetti

The #fornasetti store in Corso Venezia, which opened in 2016, is set inside the neoclassical building that was home to the young Filippo Tommaso Marinetti (poet and writer, founder of the Futurist movement), who created the magazine "Poesia" here in 1905.

Together with the smaller shop in Corso Matteotti, the store is located in the fashion district, the historic heart of Milan, the city that gave birth to Piero and Barnaba #fornasetti and where the Atelier was created.

With its three levels and seven windows overlooking the street, this is a space to be explored room by room, revealing furniture, accessories, porcelains, home fragrances, wallpapers and rugs. Thanks to the creative arrangement of the objects and the allure of the decorations, visitors are not mere observers, but rather enter a world of fantasy, where they can reach out and touch the products made following the tradition of craftsmanship espoused by the Atelier.

Vintage devotees have the opportunity to immerse themselves in the "Clouds" decorating the room dedicated entirely to period objects: drawings, furniture and accessories cloaked in the patina of time, like an elegant piece of clothing, rich in history and charm.

A hospitable, dynamic and eclectic place, which also hosts cultural events, offering a break from the city that flows around it.
