Citroën Advisor, the Brand’s interactive online opinion site, is being upgraded with a functionality of product rating. Opinions and ratings can be accessed directly in the virtual showroom on the Citroën.fr site. A first for an automotive brand in France, the new development is a further step forward in customer experience sharing. Having obtained “NF Online Opinion – Service” certification from AFNOR, the functionality also showcases the Brand’s commitment to transparency.
Launched in late 2014, Citroën Advisor, an interactive online opinion site in real time, is now available in more than 20 countries and has already served to gather nearly 100,000 customer opinions on the service quality offered by the dealerships in the Brand network (evaluations possible for NV sales service and workshop), of which over 30,000 in France.
Citroën today is taking things further and upgrading its online opinion site by giving its customers the possibility to rate their car – a first for an automotive brand in France.
Within one month of taking delivery of their new Citroën, customers can now rate their model from one to five stars on Citroën Advisor and post an opinion visible to all web users in the virtual showroom on Citroën.fr.
With the new functionality, the Brand is enhancing the way its customers can share experiences, for an increasingly serene customer relationship, this last being a cornerstone of the “Citroën & You” programme rolled out across its network.
As with ratings on the service quality of its dealerships, the new functionality has gained “NF Online Opinion – Service” certification from AFNOR, consecrating Citroën’s aim to bring its customers transparency.
